Changing Shifts:
- In the rare event you cannot come to your scheduled shift, you are required to find a trained replacement. Send a group text, including the M.O.D. (manager on duty of the shift) and the person who’s taking the shift, at least 1 hour before the start of the shift.
- If you have CALLED all possible replacements (not just text or email) and still have not found a replacement, CALL don’t text the scheduling manager and report your efforts. Be prepared to follow their further instructions.
- Order of people to contact: Replacements>Scheduling Manager >M.O.D.>Scheduling Manager>Store Manager
- Failure to follow these instructions is the equivalent of a no call/no show. This will most jeopardize your employment opportunities w/Hungry Howies.
Respect
- Keeping a cohesive work environment means we must respect each others time. It’s not hard do to with proper dedication and communication.
- If you are going to be more than a minute or two late, call the store/M.O.D. to report your tardiness. No one wants the anxiety of thinking they have a no call/no show situation on their hands. Repeated tardiness will result in write-ups, suspensions and/or termination. If you can’t be on time, be early.
- From time to time, Jeremy may contacting you regarding the schedule. This does not mean he is taking over as the Scheduling Manager. Do not contact him about the schedule unsolicited unless he is the M.O.D. of the shift in question.
